*I recently had my amputation surgery and had a in-hospital "clinic" taking care of me. The surgeon placed a implant in my leg. This created an infection. The Prosthetist in the "clinic" acted as if nothing was wrong. I was in extreme pain. I finally went to another Surgeon. He had me immediately admitted to the hospital. I was going into sepsis. The hospital staff told me that this is not a rare thing for an implant! This could have been fatal.
