rigid dressing to be changed in 5 days. This will speed up the healing process
and prevent contractures enabling early ambulation thru use of a
temporary/preparatory prosthesis. This gives the most bang for the buck to the
patient's insurance and rehab dollars. This is the ideal treatment for amputees.
